I have very long, straight, fairly thick hair. It's naturally light brown, I've been highlighting it heavily for years, and the ends have recently become extremely dry and difficult to manage. After using this my hair definitely appears MUCH smoother, even when air-dried. With both the shampoo and the conditioner, a little product goes a long way but the conditioner comes in a smaller container and seems to go faster. I'd suggest purchasing 2 conditioners for every 1 shampoo.
