My son skin got better.I started using it on him when he was 1 year old, and have used it on him every day since! It's pricey, but as long as I apply this lotion to his skin daily, he does not break out anymore! My only wish is that it was available in a larger size, since we go through gobs of this stuff!

prefer the California Baby for the smell, but it is a bit pricier than my alternative. Overall, it's a great product and worth every penny if it keeps the eczema at bay.
